Manes and Catherine Tsihlis have over 20 years experience in business and oversee all aspects of the business to ensure the best quality and service for our customers.
Yianni Tsihlis has over 15 years in business. He is responsible for managing the Bedford restaurant and maintains the upmost quality and service for all goods served in store and at catered events.
Dimitri Tsihlis is the manager of our other location, Dimitri's Pizza and Restaurant, in Contoocock, NH. He helps oversee and conducts business for both restaurants in Bedford and Contoocock.
Our family goal is to maintain the highest possible standard of service and quality in our stores. We are able to accomplish this by making sure that we are present at both stores at all times. We truly feel that we have grown and will continue to be successful because of our work ethic and dedication to our customers.
